Turniaz was in a fight with another saiyan. If he could beat him the saiyan would teach him the power ball. They had been fighting for a long time and they were both worn out. Turniaz was charging up his Final Blast attack. He fired it right when the other saiyan fired a ki wave of his own. The two waves met and stayed at the same point for several seconds but then started to charge towards Turniaz. Turniaz saw that the beams were going towards him and he charged more power into his blast. The beams changed direction and hit the other saiyan. Turniaz landed in front of the other saiyan and waitedfor several seconds before the saiyan said, "Alright, I will teach you the power ball."
