Description of the move: The user raises his hands above his head an puts all of his ki into the Blast, it will turn into a blue sphere and will become larger as more ki goes into it, Once all your ki has gone into the Galactic Eraser Bomb you will need to release the blast fast seeing as the blast is so powerful if you put enough Ki into it, The blast will likely destroy the planet depending on the size of it. The user should only use this Blast if its a matter of life or death to the galaxy or your family.
