| Name of move: Final Blast
Description of the move: First, the user raises their right arm and forms a white ball of Ki in their hand. Next, the user focuses power into the ball making a red translucent sphere around the ball with a diameter of about 2 feet with electricity linking the orb and the sphere surronding it. Finally the user releases the energy making a kamehameha like energy wave.
Who can use the move (Only you or other people or every one or you can teach them it): Turniaz
Race that can use the move: Saiyan or Half-Saiyan
